Picking the right paint for the job is pretty key to a great result. Take a moment to discover and decide on the best paint you need.

WHICH FINISH?

  • For a solid, flat and elegant finish that is easy to touch up when required, matte paint is ideal for creating a gentle, soothing finish.

It helps to conceal flaws too, making it a good choice for older walls with "character".

  • Has slightly more lustre than a matte finish, low-sheen rather than shiny.

This attractive finish resists stains better than matte paint and is easier to maintain.

  • Creates an attractive and durable high-sheen finish, ideal for if you want to make a room look bigger. While it is the easiest to clean (just wipe with a damp cloth), silk paint’s light reflecting properties do make it more difficult to touch up because any difference in sheen will be apparent.

It will make imperfections in your walls more noticeable, so it is worth investing a bit of extra time on surface preparation to make your walls as smooth as possible.

  • Even our gloss paint is 100% VOC-free! An easy-to-apply, non-drip antibacterial gloss paint that provides a hardwearing, wipe-clean finish for interior and exterior wood and metal.

  • Specialist furniture paint with a beautiful, hardwearing satin finish.

Quick drying and great coverage. Ideal for all wood furniture including cots, tables, cupboards and more.

  • Versatile decorative and 100% safe. Specialist radiator paint with a beautiful, hardwearing satin finish. Quick drying, great coverage, and NO SMELL.

  • Beautiful paint for exterior walls, render and brickwork

Versatile, weatherproof and decorative paint. Ideal for use on porous external surfaces such as render, concrete, brick, breeze blocks, terracotta and earthenware.

Touch dry in 15 to 20 minutes.

WHERE IT GOES

WALLS & CEILINGS

Either matte, eggshell or silk emulsion, depending on your personal preference.

Use our masonry paint for exterior walls.

BATHROOMS

Our wipeable silk emulsion is best, but if you really prefer a low-sheen finish then eggshell is fine for areas not in contact with water.

KITCHENS

Silk emulsion is also best here, but eggshell is fine for areas not in contact with water or grease.

DOORS

Gloss or for a lower sheen finish use wood & furniture paint.

WOOD & FURNITURE

Our special wood & furniture finish really is best.

METAL & RADIATORS

Yep you guessed it - stick to the metal & radiator tins.
